REQUIREMENTS TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT
To become a member of UNICCUL, you can simply visit our head office or any of our branch offices to create your account. You can also visit our official website uniccul.org and follow the account opening process for distant members.
Steps to follow:
● Fill out the UNICCUL membership form with your NIC, passport, or birth certificate
● Two passport sized photographs
● Buy 5 shares of 10,000frs each that is 50,000frs, which is refundable upon closure of your account. With at least 1 share of 10,000frs, you can start your account
● Pay your solidary fund which is 40% of shares paid
● Pay a one-time building contribution of 5,000frs.
● Gadgets and documentation 5,000frs
● Save at least 5000frs and make it grow by saving regularly in our high interest savings account
GROUP ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
The following additional documents are required for a group account
● An application address to UNICCUL should be signed by exco members
● Photocopy of minutes in which it was decided that an account be opened in UNICCUL.
● Copy of the group’s constitution and legal registration certificate of the organisation.
● Article of Association (If applicable)
● Memorandum of Association (if applicable)
REQUIREMENT FOR SALARY PAYMENT
1. A stamped application addressed to the Minister of Finance
2. A 4×4 color passport photo
3. A color photocopy of the identity card
4. Proof of effective presence at the post, dated less than three months
5. Original Attestation of Bank Account
6. Photocopy of the birth certificate
7. For civil servants, a photocopy of the recruitment document (decision, contract, decree) or for pensioners, the pension rights concession document
8. The original certificate of non-indebtedness (ANR) or a discharge of the request dated more than one month, valid in cases where the bank refuses to issue the ANR without justification provided to the Ministry of Finance within the deadlines;
9. A recent payroll slip.
